- 1st Proofing 40~ 50 min
- Dividing 50 g
- Bench time 10 min
- Molding: Fill 25 g of Cream cheese spread
- Final Proofing
- Place the flat pan on top of the dough( press for flattening)
- Baking at 190/150 for 10~ 15 min
