This English version is a translation; if there is any difference, the Korean version prevails.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided on the website operated by SUN-IN CO., LTD. (the "Company") (www.sib.kr, Korean and English, the "Website"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "User" means a member or non-member who accesses the Website and uses the services provided by the Company under these Terms.
- "Member" means a person who has joined the Website through Kakao or Naver login.
- "Post" means text, photos, files and other materials uploaded to the Website by a user.
Article 3 (Posting and amendment of the Terms)
- The Company posts these Terms on the Website so that users can easily read them.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws, such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.
- When amending the Terms, the Company will announce the effective date and the reason on the Website at least 7 days before the effective date, or at least 30 days before if the amendment is unfavorable to users.
- A member who does not agree to the amended Terms may withdraw from membership.
Article 4 (Services)
- The Company provides the following services on the Website:
- Information about the Company, products, recipes and seminars, and notices
- Downloads such as product catalogs
- Receiving and answering inquiries through boards such as Q&A
- Other services determined by the Company
- The services of the Website are free of charge, and no products are sold on the Website. Product purchase services linked from the Website (such as iKitchen Mall) are operated separately and are subject to their own terms.
Article 5 (Change and suspension of services)
- The Company may change the services when necessary for operational or technical reasons and will announce significant changes on the Website.
- The Company may temporarily suspend the services in the event of maintenance, replacement or failure of equipment, communication failure, natural disasters and similar causes.
Article 6 (Membership)
- A user becomes a member by reviewing these Terms and the Privacy Policy shown on the login page, logging in with Kakao or Naver, and agreeing to the provision of information on that service.
- Persons under the age of 14 may not become members.
- The Company may refuse membership or restrict membership rights if a person joins by improper means, such as using another person's account.
Article 7 (Withdrawal and restriction of membership)
- A member may withdraw at any time with the [withdraw account] button on the account page after logging in, and the Company processes the withdrawal immediately. The personal information of a withdrawn member is destroyed without delay in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- If a member violates Article 8, the Company may restrict or terminate the membership after notifying the reason in advance. In serious or urgent cases, the Company may take action first and notify afterwards.
Article 8 (Obligations of users)
Users must not:
- Use another person's information or account
- Alter information posted on the Website, or collect or copy it in bulk by means not permitted by the Company
- Infringe the intellectual property rights, reputation or privacy of the Company or any third party
- Post obscene or violent content, advertising, spam or other content contrary to public order and morals
- Interfere with the operation of the Website, such as by distributing malicious programs or placing excessive load on the servers
- Engage in any other act that violates applicable laws
Article 9 (Management of posts)
- Rights and responsibilities for a post belong to the user who posted it. The Company uses posts only to the extent necessary to operate the services, such as answering inquiries.
- If the Company determines that a post falls under Article 8 or violates applicable laws, it may hide or delete the post without prior notice.
- A person whose rights, such as privacy or reputation, are infringed by a post may ask the Company to delete it, and the Company will take action in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
- Posts are not deleted when a member withdraws, although personal information such as the author name is removed. If you want your posts deleted, please delete them yourself before withdrawing or ask the Company.
Article 10 (Copyright)
- Copyright and other intellectual property rights in content created by the Company and posted on the Website, such as text, photos, recipes, videos, catalogs and logos, belong to the Company or the lawful right holder.
- Users may view or download the content of the Website for personal, non-commercial reference. Users must not reproduce, distribute, transmit or modify it for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to use it, without the Company's prior consent.
Article 11 (Scope of information)
- Product information (specifications, country of origin, photos, etc.) and recipe information on the Website are provided for reference and may differ from the actual products due to changes in specifications. Actual transaction terms follow individual contracts and product labeling.
- The content and services of external sites linked from the Website are provided under the responsibility of their operators.
Article 12 (Protection of personal information)
The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy posted on the Website.
Article 13 (Limitation of liability)
- The Company is not liable if it cannot provide the services due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, or suspension of services by telecommunications providers.
- The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the user.
- As the services of the Website are free of charge, the Company is not liable for damages incurred by users in connection with the use of the services unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.
Article 14 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
- These Terms and the use of the services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Any dispute between the Company and a user shall be resolved through good-faith consultation. If a lawsuit is filed because the dispute is not resolved, the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea shall have jurisdiction.

These Terms are effective from October 2, 2026.
