SUN-IN CO., LTD. (the "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (the "PIPA") to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly. This policy applies to the website operated by the Company (www.sib.kr, Korean and English, the "Website"). This English version is a translation; if there is any difference, the Korean version prevails.
1. Personal information we process, purposes and retention periods
The Company processes only the minimum personal information necessary for the purposes below and does not use it for any other purpose. If a purpose changes, the Company will take the necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent under Article 18 of the PIPA.

The Company processes the above information on legal grounds such as Article 15(1)4 (entering into and performing a contract with the data subject) and Article 15(1)6 (the Company's legitimate interests) of the PIPA, and obtains separate consent where consent is required.
The Company does not collect unique identification information such as resident registration numbers, or sensitive information such as beliefs or health information, on the Website. Please do not include unnecessary personal information such as resident registration numbers or bank account numbers in your inquiries or attachments.
2. How we collect personal information
- Kakao / Naver login: we receive from Kakao or Naver the information that you agreed to provide to the Company on their consent screen. The Company does not receive or store your Kakao or Naver password.
- Q&A inquiries: you enter the information directly on the inquiry form.
- Automatic collection: access records are generated automatically while you use the Website.
3. Children under 14
The Company does not accept membership from children under the age of 14 and does not collect their personal information. If we learn that such information has been collected, we destroy it without delay.
4. Provision to third parties
The Company processes personal information only within the purposes stated in Section 1 and does not provide it to third parties, except where Articles 17 and 18 of the PIPA apply, such as when you consent or when a law specifically requires it.
5. Outsourcing of processing
The Company does not outsource the processing of personal information related to the Website. If we do so in the future, we will disclose the outsourcee and the outsourced work in this policy.
6. Transfer abroad
The Company does not transfer personal information processed on the Website outside Korea. The Website and the personal information are processed and stored on the Company's servers located in Korea.
7. Cookies and third-party services
- The Company uses session cookies to keep you logged in. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
- The Company does not collect behavioral information for targeted advertising and does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.
- You can refuse cookies in your browser settings (for example, Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies; Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions). If you refuse cookies, services that require login may not be available.
- The Website includes services of other companies, such as maps (Kakao Map, etc.), videos (YouTube), Instagram posts, and Kakao / Naver login. When you use these, your browser connects directly to their servers, and the information processed in that process is governed by each company's privacy policy.
8. Destruction of personal information
- When personal information is no longer needed, for example because the retention period has expired or the purpose has been achieved, the Company destroys it without delay.
- If other laws require the information to be kept, the Company stores it separately from other personal information.
- Electronic files are deleted by technical means that make them impossible to restore, and printed documents are shredded or incinerated.
9. Rights of data subjects and legal representatives
- You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information, and withdraw your consent.
- You may exercise these rights by contacting the Privacy Officer in Section 12 in writing or by phone. The Company will act without delay and inform you of the result.
- Members can withdraw at any time with the [withdraw account] button on the account page after logging in. You can also disconnect the Company from your Kakao or Naver account settings.
- You may exercise your rights through a representative, such as a legal representative or a person authorized by you. In this case, a power of attorney must be submitted.
- Requests for access and suspension of processing may be restricted under Article 35(4) and Article 37(2) of the PIPA, and deletion cannot be requested where other laws specify the information as subject to collection.
- The Company verifies that the person making a request is you or your lawful representative.
10. Automated decisions
The Company does not make decisions that significantly affect your rights or obligations by processing personal information through fully automated systems on the Website.
11. Security measures
- Administrative: the Company keeps the number of employees handling personal information to a minimum and reviews it regularly.
- Technical: access rights to the administrator pages are separated and managed, and access records are kept. Post passwords are stored with one-way encryption, and communication between the Website and users is encrypted with HTTPS. Security software is installed and updated on the server.
- Physical: the servers storing personal information are kept in an access-controlled location.

14. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy is effective from October 2, 2026. If it is added to, deleted or modified, the Company will give notice on the Website at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
