Sesame Ganache Praline

Recipe

1. Chop Ferma in the small pieces and then make it smooth in the mixer ( pls, heat by torch )
2. Add powder sugar, salt, sesame paste
3. Spread in the frame and let it set at room temp.
4. Cut in the desired size and dip into white chocolate for covering
