- Maple Resin n 24g
- Milk 60g
Coating
- DRY FONDANT ( Donut Glaze) 200g
- Boiled water ( 85 degree over) 50g
- Maple Resin 7g
Baking
HOW TO MAKE
Method
Dough
- Beat softened butter and sugar
- Add egg slowly
- Add Milk and Maple Resin
- Blend the sieved flour and B.P and pipe with star Nozzle
Coating
- Whisk all ingredients ( Keep warm)
Baking
- Frying : 200 degree for 20 sec
- Baking : 170/140 degree for 15 min
- Coating after cooling
