Multi cookies ( Soft cookies version)

Recipe

1. Whisk butter+Isomalt Oligo sugar + Glucose syrup
2. Add egg and whisk till creaming
3. Fold Multi cookies mix
4. Roll the dough and wrap by the parchment paper
5. Freeze
6. Slice as you desire and bake at 180 degree, 8~9 min
7. The cookies has very soft texture.
