Recipe
- 1. Boil sliced mushroom, Fungi soup,water 50g
2. Add the cooked Arborio rice at the medium heat
3. Add Gruyer cheese and keep stirring
4. Add salt & pepper
5. Plating and decorate with parsley , truffle oil
