The combination of the seasoning and Easymayo that allows to make the long preserved Coleslaw salad
(Max 8 weeks at under 5 celcius degree)
No water syneresis from the cabbage
Use: 70% Cabbage, 25% Easymayo, 5% Coleslaw seasoning

Tip: Pls, add 2% of additional coleslaw seasoning before serving.
