Can not blend with the whipping cream due to the breakage

Application
Yogurt butter cream
Soft serve yogurt ice cream
(mix 2 parts of milk , 1 part of yogurt resin)
Yogurt mousse

Feature
We ferment our own yogurt for the concentrate
It can not be mixed with the cream(with Everwhip AS recommended)
