Description
Can make crispy outside, soft inside churros
Recipe : Mix 500g,Boiled water 700g
1) Mix boiled water and churros mix at Kitchen Aid Speed 4 for 2 mins(by Beater ,scrap down sometimes)
2) Fold the dough by hand and then make one loaf.
3) Cover by the plastic film and rest for 10 mins
4) Put to the machine and deposit and fry (190 degree, 3 mins)
